This is an example of an evolving working relationship with Mark. After providing executive level support as a ‘critical friend’ on the retail focused Phase 1 we were asked to take control and deliver the Phase 2 leisure offer. We worked collaboratively with our partner's internal asset management team providing them our support and complementary skills to achieve a common goal.
