Southgate

The Queensberry team, with JV partner Aviva Investors, was responsible for the delivery of this complex open-air regeneration scheme. The demands imposed by the Council and the community on design integrity, build quality and delivery strategy were extreme. Painstaking consultation and engagement with stakeholders resulted in this award- winning transformation of this Georgian city centre. Opened in 5 phases between 2010 - 2012, Southgate integrates a state-of-the- art bus terminal and railway station interface. The scheme includes retail and leisure as well as underground car parking and 100 luxury apartments.
