Metquarter

In 2016 this local landmark was a failing shopping centre developed in the early noughties. Now it’s a very different story. Metquarter has been successfully repurposed with a state-of-the art educational campus - Liverpool Media Academy (50,000 sq ft) at its core. Over 600 students attend classes onsite with local retail brands present on the ground floor and leisure uses integrated on the upper levels. It’s home to a 5 screen Everyman Cinema and the General Post Office, a ‘street food’ inspired food hall.
