About the Project
Buying this shopping centre in Newport while developing neighbouring Friars Walk made perfect sense. It underwrote our commitment to the City and its wider regeneration aspirations. We have effectively asset managed this ‘value focused’ retail space and retained important jobs in the city centre by extending the DWP office lease. Plans are now also approved for 52 affordable apartments on site.
