Heart of the City

The UK’s largest local authority backed urban regeneration plan is a joint venture between Queensberry and Sheffield City Council. As Strategic Development Partner we have accepted the challenge and reinvented the city centre: offices, hotels, leisure, retail, residential and food and beverage are all present. Intelligently phased over time (2016-2025) it is a blueprint for 21st century urban renewal covering 17 acres: sustainable architecture and repurposed buildings surrounded by enlivened streets and distinctive public spaces.
