About the Project
Grayson Place is the centrepiece of 'Transforming Nuneaton,' the Council’s 10-15 year regeneration plan.
Queensberry, as strategic development partner, has reimagined and expanded on the original master plan using its placemaking experience. Reducing the original retail dominance we are boldly introducing a Hampton by Hilton, maker space, leisure, food & beverage and a building for North Warwickshire & South Leicestershire College . A genuine community focused urban transformation with abundant public spaces and community facilities. Completion forecast Autumn 2025.
