Freshney Place

Queensberry is working in partnership with North East Lincolnshire Council on a leisure extension to Freshney Place shopping centre. This will include a cinema, several new restaurants and a food hall. The asset, now owned by the Council, is the retail heart of the town centre. Asset managed by Queensberry we are responsible for improving the centres attractiveness by rationalising retail space, relocating the municipal market and introducing new and exciting uses.
