Freshney Place

Queensberry is working in partnership with North East Lincolnshire Council on a leisure extension to Freshney Place shopping centre. This will include significant public realm improvements, a cinema, a leisure box, several new restaurants and a food hall. The asset, now owned by the Council, is the retail heart of the town centre. Asset managed by Queensberry we are responsible for improving the centres attractiveness by rationalising 300,000 sqft of retail space, relocating the municipal market and introducing new and exciting uses.
