“This imposing Grade II listed produce exchange was a tired and failing shopping centre when we arrived on the scene. Adjacent to Selfridges and Harvey Nichols it made perfect sense to repurpose it for something that was missing in the area. Respecting the building’s architecture we refashioned it into a casual dining destination with 17 restaurants and a 114 bedroom aparthotel.”
