Queensberry acted as development manager for Capital & Regional on the design and delivery of repurposed retail space including a new food hall concept. Local brand CRATE was chosen as operator due to their community focus which is a key characteristic of this neighbourhood centre. Their commercial fit-out complements the architectural features of the space including high vaulted ceilings, picture windows and external seating terraces.
