Caoimhin Agyarko has continued his perfect start to his professional boxing career with a fourth successive victory in a bruising encounter at Ulster Hall, Belfast on the 21st June.
Returning to Belfast for the first time as a professional, we are proud of how Caoimhin coped with the pressure of a capacity crowd containing many of his friends and family.
Paul Sargent was present in Belfast on Friday night:
“The atmosphere was electric and the fight went the full 6 rounds. It was tense at times, but only because expectations were so high. Caoimhin’s opponent just wouldn’t go down and he was taking a beating. This was invaluable experience for Caoimhin as he builds his professional career. A performance full of character.”
Caoimhin Agyarko added:
“To come back to my home town and win in front of all my family and friends is something that I could have never dreamed of. It was a great fight that I will remember for a long time. I can remember growing as a boy dreaming of becoming a professional fighter – so to be able to achieve this, in Belfast, is amazing.”
