“Trapped in time this 1960s retail space needed total transformation. We listened to articulate stakeholders while keeping our client’s interests at heart. A sensitive approach was needed due to the proximity of Guildford Castle. We used the existing structure, adding to it, to curate a stylish space flooded with natural light. The icing on the cake: 14 refurbished rooftop dwellings”.
