METQUARTER ANNOUNCES LAMBRETTA CLOTHING POP-UP
Tuesday 22nd August 2017
Iconic Mod-inspired clothing brand Lambretta has revealed a pop-up store in Liverpool’s premium retail and leisure destination, Metquarter.
The temporary store opens for four months from September and is designed to target Christmas trade. It will be located at the front of the centre and will make way early next year for an exciting new retailer as part of the on-going multi-million pound redevelopment strategy that will bring a cluster of high quality leisure, retail and restaurant brands to the Metquarter.
Lambretta Clothing is closely linked to the world-famous Italian scooter brand and is renowned for its sharp continental tailoring, streamlined silhouettes and 60’s influenced Mod fashions for both men and women.
Stuart Harris, Commercial Director and Co-founder of Queensberry said:
Lambretta is a perfect pop-up in the lead-up to Christmas. We feel this stylish and iconic brand will resonate with the North West customer and fits extremely well with Liverpool’s vibrant music scene both past and present. It is also an important stage in moving towards our vision of revitalising and repositioning Metquarter as the premium leisure, restaurant and shopping offer in Liverpool city centre. We have live negotiations with other exciting retail and restaurant brands which we hope to announce in the near future.”
Joe Ratchford at Lambretta said:
We at Lambretta are very excited by opening a brand new store in Liverpool. With the city’s music background and culture this will go hand in hand with our brand’s heritage. We will be offering our new AW17 range of polo’s, shirts, jackets, shoes and accessories; with some fantastic opening offers.”
Jennina O’Neill, Metquarter Centre Manager said:
We’re delighted to welcome Lambretta to the Metquarter. It’s a great brand fit with our current tenants and an addition that our customer base will love.”
The Lambretta pop-up joins a whole host of brands already located at the premium shopping and dining destination including MAC, Hugo Boss, Illamasqua, Jo Malone, Kurt Geiger, LK Bennett, Carluccio's, Jack Wills and many more.
