Heart of the City – Sheffield City Council’s £480 million city centre regeneration plan – has been crowned Outstanding Development of the Year at the Insider Sheffield City Region Property Dinner 2021.
The Outstanding Development of the Year award saw Heart of the City come out on top against an array of high-quality schemes in the region – including PLP Smithywood, New Era Square, Great Central, Norfolk Bridge Works and Park Hill. The prestigious and much-coveted award was presented by Rebecca Roffe (CMS) to Andrew Davison (Queensberry).
